Oracle recognizes IBM as a strategic HR BPO provider on the Oracle HCM Cloud platform

Oracle today named IBM (NYSE: IBM) as a strategic partner to provide Business Process Outsourcing for Human Resources delivered on the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
