We have certified the use of Oracle GoldenGate to create and run an EBS reporting environment for on-premises. A reporting environment is a secondary (duplicate) instance, which contains selected tables replicated from the primary EBS database. This enables read-intensive, custom reports to be run without using resources on the primary Oracle E-Business Suite database. While we have not formally certified use of GoldenGate to create and run an EBS reporting environment in Oracle Cloud, this is technically feasible and would work the same way as on-premises.
