Launch of Two-Factor authentication (2FA)
As part of our commitment to enhance the security of your support account, we’ll soon require users to use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for My Oracle Support and My Oracle Cloud Support accounts. 2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second verification step when signing into your account.
How will this affect you?
Once enabled, you will be prompted to enroll in 2FA upon your first login. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up 2FA. We will support Mobile SMS or email ID-based One-Time Password (OTP). For users of the DOD Support Portal or CIO VOX, you will need to re-enroll in 2FA.
Note: Additional multi-factor authentication (MFA) options will be made available in the future.
If you no longer have access to the email account used to access your support account, you will need to update your profile email by following the instructions outlined in the articles below:
