Press Release
Oracle Selected for “Awesome New Technologies for HR” General SessionRedwood Shores Calif—Oct 15, 2015
Oracle’s customers are some of HR’s biggest trailblazers, helping to transform their companies’ HR operations through modern processes using human capital management (HCM) technology that is easy to use. Customers, along with Oracle executives, will share their inspiring stories and demonstrate the transformational power of Oracle HCM Cloud at the 18th Annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition, taking place October 18 - 21, 2015 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
Oracle has also been selected for the “Awesome New Technologies for HR” session, underscoring its innovation and commitment to help HR leaders attract, retain and develop the employees that help companies grow and prosper. Oracle Learning Cloud will be featured in one of the most widely anticipated sessions among attendees – the annual "Awesome New Technologies for HR," held on Tuesday, October 20 at 8:30 a.m. PT in the General Session hall. “Awesome New Technologies for HR” introduces the newest innovations across the HR spectrum.
Oracle Learning Cloud was introduced earlier this year to help shift the corporate learning paradigm to one that enables employees at all levels to learn contextually and socially regardless of their location. Creating a new standard in enterprise learning, Oracle Learning Cloud reflects changing user preferences as digital natives join the workforce. Designed for the way people learn today, the next generation learning solution not only includes compliance learning, but goes beyond traditional learning management systems (LMS) to provide today's digital workforce with better access to content from internal and external sources, such as YouTube and Massive Open Online Courses (MooCs), within context, shared by subject experts, and backed by the power of the Oracle Cloud.
“The solutions selected for the ‘Awesome New Technologies for HR’ session represent some of the most innovative and transformative technologies in HR tech today,” said Steve Boese, co-chair, HR Technology Conference. “I believe that the HR leaders who attend the conference will be inspired and impressed by the products that will be showcased in this session, especially by the usability of the solutions that replicate the digital experience that people are used to in their consumer lives.”
Successful
Transformation in the Face of HR Challenges
In addition to “Awesome New Technologies for HR,” Oracle executives and customers will participate in several sessions to share stories of how they overcame pressing HR challenges via digital transformation.
