Jennifer, Oracle ACE Program and Oracle ACE Directors,

I really want to thank everyone, who in many ways, had help to build this success in 10 countries. We will be sharing the overall results soon and so far I can see that we've accomplished our goal of increasing by 20% the assistance compared to 2015 on each of event. This is thank to YOU!

The new LAOUC leadership is constructing a team that will be leading and guiding the user group community in LAD, and this year Nelson Calero and Deiby Gomez contributions were fundamental for the success of this tour. 

This was the first LAD tour for this new LAOUC team, and we know there are many areas of improvement and fortunately you know us that we're open to hear your feedback and laser focus improving them for next year.
