My Oracle Support Outage Planned for Weekend of October 10, 2014

A 5 hour outage is planned for My Oracle Support system maintenance on Friday October 10, 2014 starting at 9:00 PM Pacific Time (Saturday October 11, 4:00 AM GMT/UTC).All My Oracle Support functionality will be unavailable for approximately 5 hours with the exception of the MOS Communities that will be available in read only mode. Please write down your Support Identifier(s) so that you will have them available if you need to call Oracle Support during this downtime window.

In addition, the following features will be unavailable for 3 hours prior to the start of the full outage (6:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday October 10, 2014 until the end of the My Oracle Support maintenance):
  • You will not be able to leverage the file upload capabilities.  Please work with your Oracle Support engineer if you need to provide data files during this time.
  • You will not be able to access Configuration data.
