Support Update: End of Support Notice Commencing November 01, 2017 Dear Valued Partner, Dbvisit would like to inform you, beginning November 01, 2017, we will no longer be providing updates, fixes and technical support for Dbvisit Replicate 2.7. We are hoping this advanced notice helps you to plan for the transition with any customers that may still be running Dbvisit Replicate 2.7. As stated in our Software Support Schedule, Dbvisit supports major product versions for at least 3 years from initial release date, and Dbvisit Replicate 2.7 has now exceeded that 3 year period. With that, two further versions have been released, and offer customers additional performance and functionality. We will be advising all Dbvisit Customers of this support update on August 22, 2017. To support you as a Dbvisit Partner, we have created an HTML email template for you to send to your customer base notifying them of this update, and also ensuring you are top of mind to assist with the upgrade. For your information, below are a few FAQs: Where do I find upgrade instructions for: Dbvisit Replicate 2.7 to Dbvisit Replicate 2.8 Dbvisit Replicate 2.7 to Dbvisit Replicate 2.9 What about my customers that have purchased premium support; will they still get technical assistance? We will endeavor to answer questions on a best effort basis for all support levels. However, any issues requiring code updates cannot be completed. How can my customers tell what version they are on? You can type in “version” when logged into the Dbvisit Replicate console, or you can run the command “dbvrep version” to obtain the version number.
